- 8 thin chicken fillets
- 1 cup blonde beer
- 00 flour
- salt and pepper
Toss the chicken fillets with flour, until well coated on both sides.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and once hot, brown the chicken fillets on both sides, then add salt and pepper to taste. Now pour the beer (-NB. If you’re cooking the chicken fillets in batches of 4, like me, pour only half cup of beer and use the other half for the other 4 fillets-) and cook for a few minutes over a low heat until the beer reduces, forming a creamy sauce. Serve hot.
