- 250 g raw ham tortellini
- 100 g ham in one slice
- 200 ml single cream
- salt and pepper
Heat a pot filled with water to cook the tortellini and bring to a boil. In the meantime, cut the ham into small dices and sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes. Once browned, add the single cream, little salt and pepper and stir carefully, then turn the heat off.
Once boiling, add salt to the water and cook the tortellini (according to the cooking time recommended on the tortellini package you bought because they have different cooking times). Drain them, reserving some of the pasta cooking water, and put them in the pan with the ham and cream. Return to the heat, add some cooking water and stir until the sauce is creamy. Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan to taste.
