Serves: about 20 snacks with würstels and about 15 snacks with radicchio and scamorza
- 1 rectangular roll puff pastry
- 4-5 radicchio leaves
- 8 slices smoked scamorza
- 3 small pork würstels
Puff pastry snacks with würstels: Cut the würstels into 1,5 cm pieces (or the desired size) then cut from the puff pastry roll some strips of the same thickness. Roll up every würstel piece with the puff pastry until completely covered, then cut off the remaining pastry with a knife and use it to repeat this operation with all the würstel pieces. Put the würstel rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in static oven at 180-200°C for 15 minutes.
Puff pastry snacks with radicchio and scamorza: Rinse the radicchio leaves and finely chop them with a knife. Cut the puff pastry left (from the snacks with würstels) in half and place 4 scamorza slices on one half, trying to cover the whole surface (breaking into pieces, if necessary, one of the scamorza slices to fill the gaps). Cover with chopped radicchio, then with another layer of scamorza, finally cover with the other half of the puff pastry. Lightly flatten with your hands and using a knife cut the stuffed puff pastry into little squares or rectangles, without dividing them. Put them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 mnutes at 180-200° static oven.
